Technical Support Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time, On Site
Location: Abuja
Salary Range: 50,000 - 100,000 Naira per Month

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and efficient technical support to customers via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to web design, web development, web hosting, digital marketing, and cybersecurity.
  • Guide customers through technical processes and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Oversee and manage technical operations within the company.
  • Direct and coordinate technical issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and efficient problem resolution.
  • Utilize technical support software and tools to streamline customer interactions and issue resolution.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and tools relevant to technical support and operations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of internal knowledge base resources.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure coordinated and efficient operations.
  • Act as a bridge between technical support and other departments within the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support.
  • Proficient in using technical support software and tools.
  • Strong technical skills in web design, web development, web hosting, digital marketing, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to customers with varying levels of technical understanding.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time & Remote
Location: Abuja/Lagos/Cyprus/Toronto

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Frontdreams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote both our brand and that of our clients to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our client’s business goals and objectives.
  • Create monthly social media calendars for us and our clients.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content for websites, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage social media channels by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign optimization.
  • Design marketing materials, including social media graphics, email newsletters, and website banners, using tools like Canva and Photoshop.
  • Analyse and report on digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques and provide insights and recommendations to improve our marketing strategies.
  • Manage reviews/reputation on online jobs and review platforms like Fiverr, TrustPilot, Clutch, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and editing
  • Experience with SEMrush, CRM, SMM, Email Marketing and Google Ads.
  • Design skills using tools like Canva and Photoshop
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design is a plus.
  • Must have a portfolio to show.
